- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details. Please review this information carefully and contact us immediately if any changes are needed.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 4–8 business days after the order has been processed.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2–3 business days after the order has been processed. Additional charges may apply.
3. Shipping Costs
- Domestic Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and delivery location.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order’s progress on the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
5. Shipping Address
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. Green Glow is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to update your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at hello@greenglowco.com. Address changes may not be possible once your order has been processed.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a valid physical address for delivery.
- Restricted Items: Some products may not be eligible for shipping to certain areas due to local restrictions. If your order contains restricted items, we will contact you to assist in finding an alternative solution.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Green Glow is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We recommend selecting a secure delivery location or requiring a signature upon delivery for added safety.
8. Delayed or Damaged Shipments
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays. If your shipment is delayed, we will assist you in tracking and resolving the issue.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@greenglowco.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged items. We will work with you to resolve the matter promptly.
